We are delighted that for the second year in a row Property Frontiers beat off stiff competition and was voted best agent (Best Large Agent – multi-country) at the 2011 AIPP awards held at ‘A Place In the Sun Live’ last week.
Judge and presenter of the hugely popular A Place in the Sun show Jonnie Irwin stated “The winner demonstrates a personal, professional and exemplary service across a wide range of countries. Client-centric attention to detail is core to their offering”
I would like to thank all of our staff, partners and customers, for helping us to get to there again and we are pleased that our efforts have been recognised in what we see as the most respectable awards in the industry. The judging criteria not only focussed on the quality of our investments we provide but mainly on the customer care and buying experience we offer!
Historically, our reputation has been built on both pioneering new markets and offering institutional/corporate investment opportunities to individual retail customers and investors. Many of our customers see us as the wealth managers of the overseas property asset class, and I hope this is reflected in our unique stock and the knowledge and professionalism of our staff. We have always acted as a regulated, responsible player in an unregulated market and being recognised for this by both the industry association and a large panel of independent judges makes it all worthwhile!
